GOD I FINALLY FINISHED TWO PAPERS!
One more paper and a presentation to go! And then I can study for exams wtf.
So Mummy Ooi and Fat Her are in Kyoto.
It’s been pretty fun bringing them around the city. I think living here for 7 months has made me used to it, so bringing them around made me look at the city with new eyes again:)

Then we went to Miyako Odori, which is a dance performance put on by geisha and maiko of Gion every spring.

5 minutes after the show started, Fat Her settled himself down and said, “Okay time to sleep.”
WTF!
He was the one who wanted to watch it somore! Mummy didn’t care and I’d already seen it 3 years back.
Then he started snoring.
Ang moh next to him turned around to stare.
I nudged him awake.
5 minutes later, I heard snoring again.
Ok la I fell asleep too wtf.
It’s not that it’s boring! It’s super interesting!
Ok it was a little boring in the middle.
We were seated in boxed areas on cushions. When i fell asleep I also fell backwards.
The shock scared me so much I stayed awake for the rest of the show. And managed to get lots of great pics!
