As usual stupid workload has been bogging me down, no time to blog.
But now I shall!
This is going to have a lot of pictures ok but I don’t care! Imma blog every single thing about my New York trip.
We went to New York because Angela’s cousin Kelvin wanted to visit his friends there, and also they discovered they had a long lost cousin in Connecticut and wanted to drop by to see him too. So they asked me, the perpetual follower wtf and we made an impromptu trip to NYC:)
But to backtrack a little..
A glimpse of my job wtf:

Finally! A picture where I don’t look like a homeless person wtf. (I just put this pic cos I damn like it dunno why! The colors, the composition, us at our vain best wtf.) Suet came up with the idea of putting on goth makeup.
As you can see, it didn’t work wtf. None of us had any goth clothes anyway.
We went for a satisfying dinner in Northampton that made us almost unable to walk back to the car wtf.
Then we went to Faces to get a present for the people we would be staying with in New York.

Suet the Mod Queen and Aud the Geek. Actually I don’t know why I tried those on, when my real glasses at home look exactly like that.
For the first time in his life, Kelvin has big eyes!
Then at 4am we packed up and hit the road! (regarding eyebags: 4am ok!)
I snuggled up in the backseat and went to sleep while Kelvin drove and Angie navigated. <.<
Finally reached (Coney Island) and a proper bed!
Went to Chinatown. (And pretended to be blind along the way). God I’m so good at this move over Choi Ji Woo wtf.
Had dim sum with Kelvin’s friends and this stupid bitch whom I hate with all my heart wtf (not in the picture). She’s so annoying ok! She’s Kelvin’s friend Johnson’s friend and she came with us the whole day and didn’t talk to ANYONE except Taka, this Japanese guy.
Just cause he’s Japanese I swear to god! When she arrived Angie and I smiled at her and said hello and all she did was nod regally and not talk to us forever wtf.
Maybe she thinks we’re a threat to her cos we’re cuter than her *convinces self.
But not only us, she hardly talked to anyone else either, just Taka. She kept whinnying like a stupid girl horse to him in Japanese as though the rest of us can’t understand it, AND SHE KEPT ACTING CUTE ROARRRRRRRRRRRR
She would make her voice go super high pitched (like higher than Angie’s wtf) and laugh like a ballet dancer in a music box wtf and say “arigatougozaimasu” like a mouse.
My sole consolation is that apparently everyone else hated her attitude as well take that! *smug
We adjourned to the toilet to discuss our strategy to deal with her wtf. And we came up with the idea to not talk to her the whole day. But I failed twice because whenever she asked a question in my general direction I would reply automatically T_T
After that we went to a street fair near New York University.
One of the vendors hahaha look at his face! I think he’s Japanese also so yalah stupid snob why don’t you go and suck up to him as well.

Look what we found! The shop that Becky Bloomwood went to and bought souvenirs to bluff Luke that she did go to the Metropolitan. Btw I really wanted to go there I love museums but there was no time T____T

On the ferry. There beside me is the stupid girl! She so thick skinned ok we were taking a pimp shot with Yew Ming and she just blatantly jumped into the photo and hugged my shoulders like we’re the best of friends arghhhhhhhhhhhh

I took this on the ferry and it came out so artistic! Actually the sunlight was too bright and I couldn’t see anything and I thought I’d positioned the Statue right in the middle of my cam. I blindly snapped but it came out so pretty!

For the beautiful architecture.
We had dinner at Chinatown again.
And walked to Little Italy where I seriously suffered trying to stay awake. Remember we left at about 5 and arrived in New York at 8+ then after that we went for dimsum. And I can’t function without at least 7 hours of sleep so I focused my remaining energy on making sure one foot always went in front of the other.
There was this like carnival type of setup where they had big wooden structures with fantastical slogans on them like “See The Smallest Woman In the World! Hands are 2 inches long!” that kind of thing.
And me and Angela fell for it and paid USD 1 to see a snake with the head of a beautiful girl wtf.
And what do we get? We went inside and behind the glass was this stupid coiled snake body made of plastic/papier mache WTF and in the middle was a girl’s head popping out of it wearing sunglasses. The whole thing was on a platform so it’s obvious that the actress is just sitting there under the platform with her head sticking out above it to pretend to be a snake wtf.
So annoying ok! Some more the poster said she would reply if you talked to her and I said “hello” and she didn’t answer, how rude!
No pictures cos cameras weren’t allowed.
Then we went to Times Square. See my tired face.
But then I cheered up considerably because we found Sephora and I happily browsed.
Then we went to karaoke on Coney Island. The karaoke sucked and it cost $60 an hour (!!!!!) but Yew Ming’s dad seems like some Chinese triad boss or something because he knew the karaoke owner and he said “give them anything they want to drink” wtf and we got everything for free.
And that was New York!
