Ok I want to cut my hair and I’ve been thinking about this for ages.
Actually I don’t want to cut my hair.
No I want to.
See what I mean!
Okay I want to cut my hair because:
a) I have had long hair for 2-3 years already (even when my hair was shorter I had extensions so it’s still considered long ok wtf) and I feel like a change
b) MY HAIR SUCKS LA OK dye and curl every day until its fried and dead wtf.
You know in tv commercials when they show girls whose hair look like twigs before they put on the conditioner wtf. Mine looks like that! Even without computer graphics wtf. Trim also no use deep condition or hair masque or serum also no use.
Ironically the only time it looks healthy is when I curl it (cos cannot see) but then how can I keep curling everyday it will die even more sigh vicious cycle.
So I was looking around for short styles to cut!
When I say short I mean between ears to shoulder.
Something like this! Ok not this cut, but something around this length. I think when Angela first cut her hair it looked like this a bit.
Like this! I really really like this haircut but Suet says it’s not nice and Mummy Ooi says its too oldfashioned wtf.
She says this one nicer. But I swear to god I’ll look like an idiot with this haircut. A six year old idiot wtf.
But then I flipped through more pages and I remembered all the styles I can do my long hair up into!
AIHH what am I to do!
If I cut means I cannot braid it, or bun it up, or straighten or whatever!
But but it’s like dead hair anyway now…

but you look so nice with long hair *sparkly eyes* i would love to keep but can’t cause i am balding and long hair will make it worse -_- *woe is me*
I have that first hairstyle. It’s a hassle to style. If you don’t maintain it regularly (trim 3-4 weeks, blow dry it out, then use gel or hairspray), it looks very plain. The only thing I like is that it does feel much lighter. It can feel liberating when you’ve had long hair for a long time. However, I do feel long hair would suit you better.
no la when I first cut my hair itz totally not the first hair style .. itz way shorter than that wtf. I duno la i say u shouldn’t do it TT

I think you should cut your hair for a change. The first hairstyle very pretty and I think will look nice on you =) But gotta style it everyday, if not it won’t look so nice.
And I totally understand why you dun wanna cut it..lol..But trust me dry hair is very annoying especially when you touch it and it feels all rough and twig-like T__T
a change might be good.. and besides, it will grow back. but it is up to yourself, it is your hair.
maybe you can op for a shorter hair than now.. and gradually cut it shorter when you have the courage.
I can totally identify with you! I thought abt all the nice things i can do to my hair (-__- “) before I had it cut as well! the struggle!! but I did it in the end & I tell u once u go short u cant go back, at least for a long time cuz u’d want to trim every now and then. I had it cut twice ady since March. it was longer & fluffier for the spring-ish feel then and now it’s shorter cuz it’s summer-ish (-_- “) sucks lar I have to style my hair every morning and the permed part is gone already so it’s harder. AND IT (fluffiness) DOESN”T STAY FOR LONG Okay!! I dunno how angie does it but her short hair always look nicely style o(>_

but i think your curls look so nice! T______T i didn’t even notice your hair was damaged ok. but you’re right loh, damn ironic that the only thing that makes it look better, is the thing that damages it further.
maybe er, have a bit of a trim before you take the plunge and go full-on short? sitting on the fence wtf. but at least it will make the hair lighter, and cut off the oldest/ driest bits at the end gua?
i just cut my hair yesterday! from past-shoulders long to an assymmetrical short bob. it’s a nice change. and hair grows back so no worries >.

i think u should cut it la i had super long hair before too and i really really wanted to cut it i felt so free and happy after it was all gone *wipes tear from eye* plus i think i had the same problem as u like my hair was seriously like grass and the only time it would look mildly presentable was when i curled or straightened it *dark
the first time i cut it was very short, like one inch or so below my shoulders only! but i didn’t really dare to go like super short :/ i might tho since my hair grows so quickly anyway. let’s do it together *clutches aud’s hands
I would suggest cut shoulder length or slightly above shoulder. the short hair pic u show above is wayyyy to short la for u.
your long hair is weighing u down so u should cut.

I like the first hairstyle! But I can’t really imagine you in it.. HAIHHH I don’t know what advice to give you, ’cause on one hand, I love your curls, but on the other hand, change is always good… And I didn’t notice that your hair is dry, the only thing I remembered was you have damn little hair, and you were damn scared that when you take off your hair extensions you have no hair on your head HAHAHA
aud, i also cut my hair because of severe damage. i am very happy with my short hair now, so much that i might even keep it longer than intended (at first was just to cut off the damaged hair and let it grow long again)… also weather too hot la, short hair better
i think the first style suits u better. when angie cut similar to that style, her hair was bushier (cuz thicker i guess). your hair thinner so should look quite nice with that haircut!

I think u look nice in both thou, saw someone commented tat some stylish short hair gotta style it n maintain always, then saw that u said that u still style ur long hair, so I guess u r not the lazy type like me to style the hair..so wat kind of hairstlye oso look nice on u coz u got the look d..as long u style it

but i cut from very very long hair to extremely short, and now i’ve been keeping short hair. i think short hair looks more fashionable lor..mayb it would be a good change for you though..

i think uhh….. cut to shoulder length, do treatment first. then decide from there if you want to cut it shorter or leave it longer. i want to show you this series of styling short hair! but my scanner cant scan wtf.
i’ve had short hair for 4 years before i took 2 years to grow it out. unless my shoulders shrink if not i’ll get the first hairstyle! look damn old with long hair sigh.
The 2nd one will suit you best 🙂 And hell NO, it’s not old fashioned! GO for a change! I had long hair for years too and went for a short almost bob cut. Took sometime to get used to it and am LOVIN’ it! Long hair makes you look older and boring after a while.
