For Maxis and Hotlink users only, access to Twitter is free through all web browsers on your phone, means not through your usual Twitter app, but by going to mobile.twitter.com!

Some telcos also have this free Twitter access, but usually it’s only for a limited number of hours a day, and accessed by certain browsers only! But for Maxis/Hotlink this is for 24/7 ^^
