Yes it’s a virus. My com has it too 🙁 You need an anti-virus software to remove it though. Most need to pay to remove but if checking for virus only then no need pay.
Could be hardware, operating system, BIOS, or a virus. Make sure you are running a good AV like Norton. I’ve never had a problem since I have been running it. I would have a tech check the connections first to eliminate the hardware possibilities, and then if it is sound then you can see about the other problems.
don’t simply download stuff online, always update your windows, get a reliable and genuine antivirus (don’t download from bittorrent, most of them comes attached with virus coz they know ur vulnerable)

sound like a virus/trojan. Sometimes when i get a virus i just system restore. Takes it away.
can you call the computer’s company? Like Dell, sometimes they can help also.
