I didn’t actually take many photos on Day 2! Shocking.
A few reasons for this:
1) Rainy weather. Already carrying umbrella too hard to whip out my camera and take pictures some more.
2) Fatty had all his meetings set up so I was alone for like half the day.
3) This. Too busy doing this. Lolol. No la! Seriously more than half are still Fatty’s shopping. My guilt lessens.
Anyway first thing in the morning Fatty had a meeting already so he went for it first! I stayed in to pump milk and get ready then left to meet him at Ebisu.
I was carrying loads of souvenirs; we bought a lot of foodstuff from Malaysia for our Japanese friends including bottles of 100 plus WTF and canned food so by the time I walked out of the hotel I wanted to die wtf.
Ended up taking a cab. Felt quite guilty since it was only me one person (if more than one person it’s more worth it can split the cab fare wtf) but the good thing about cabbing is…
Pass by roads and places we don’t normally get to see taking a subway. ^^
Ebisu station!
Waiting for Fatty and his EO friend Koki. Bought a ichigo pastry for breakfast while waiting for them to arrive.
Seriously damn weird ever since Fighter was in my uterus, I suddenly can tolerate desserts! Don’t mind eating them at times too.
Here’s Fatty and Koki! Lunch was at a traditional-esque restaurant where they only had three sets available for lunch.
I had yakizakana. The fish was yummy and HUGE. I couldn’t finish it which is rare wtf. Miso soup was rich with seaweed and tofu and delicious too.
After lunch, Fatty and Koki went off for their second meeting while I hopped on the train…
and went home again. Lolol. The previous day I only had one hour to shop there!
Today I had all the leisure in the world to do it!
As it turned out, I only had 1-2 hours there again wtf. Because Fatty’s meeting ended earlier than expected, he came to meet me… and we went to shop for guy’s stuff again. :X
But my shopping as short as it was, was productive.
This bag looks like a Furby wtf. A couple of years ago I’d have totally gotten this. Now I think I’m just old.

One of the prettiest stores! It’s Kokokim from popular blogger Kimura U. The style is fairy kei blended with punk. A lot of cutesy pastel colors and details but with a punk edge. Isetan KLCC actually carried Kokokim for a few weeks last month!
Unfortunately I don’t think the response was very good sigh how to bring in more Japanese brands like this. 🙁
Anyway after Fatty came we met up with Shintaro and Kato san and Nao chan who wanted to bring me to this wholesale place to buy makeup and all things beauty!
Took a train until damn far forgot which station liao. But still in Tokyo la wtf.
On our way we saw an taiyaki shop, apparently very well known!
So we also kiasu-ly bought some! And by god they were yummy. I don’t even like red bean!
Got to the wholesale building! Sorry I dunno the name and cannot simply go in anyway. They only allow business owners who are planning to buy in bulk. We only got in cos Kato san knows somebody.
Cutest packaging ever! Badly wanted to buy some but no good reason to cos I have more than enough makeup. 🙁

Then went back to Harajuku for more guy shopping….
And then I followed Tim to another meeting…
… and stopped by a supermarket. and then to dinner with Koki and some other people.
Koki, his COO (forgot name whoops), Fujiko-san and Jud at Fujiko san’s gorgeous home. Koki and Fujiko are like a big deal in the social media/digital industry in Japan. Koki said apparently Fujiko san met Jerry Yang and convinced him to come to Japan and start Yahoo Japan.
And he did wtf.
Jud owns a company called GNIP and when we met him, he just sold his company off to Twitter. O.O
To be honest I was kinda not looking forward to dinner with them because I really wanted to go eat ourselves and explore Tokyo more. But they turned out to be excellent company! They were all so funny and nice and incredibly smart. And since they’re all in the digital/social world it was nice to talk about industry stuff.
Fujiko san served an excellent meal but I only remembered to take a photo of dessert cos the mango there very weird! I think it’s Japanese mango (apparently the same as mango in America?) and it pales in comparison to our tropical mango lo! The taste was quite muted and not sweet one I guess Malaysia beats Japan when it comes to mango wtf.
OH YA giveaway time! Usually I work with brands to do giveaways but when I was in the wholesale beauty place I came across these…
Eyeliner stickers HAHAHAHA. I thought it was hilarious! Sure look damn funny one so I bought some to give away to my readers! I will be giving away the pack on the left (the one that’s double combo works as eyelid tape AND eyeliner lol).
I’ll keep the one on the right for review hehehe quite excited to try wtf.

Okay so just last week a friend and I were out for supper. We were too lazy to go out and sit at a a restaurant and eat so we decided to eat in the car. We got our food from McD drive thru. I am the epitome of clumsiness. As I tried to take out my pack of burger I fumbled and ended up spilling some of the fries. To avoid embarassment I said ” Oh wow I am such a slutz” He just stared at me waiting for me to correct my sentence and laughd when I didnt realise it.. I meant to say I am a Klutz. >< Then the night did not end, this friend of mine loves eating soggy fries. SO I decided to give him all my soggy fries, I took one up and dangled it before him saying ” eh look at these saggy fries” . Oh lord. Hi Audrey! nThere was once I went to work and my new supervisor was late. So I messaged him and tell him that I’m Yumi and I will be waiting for him at some blocks. nSo after 10minutes of waiting, he called me and said: Hello, 玉米(Yu Mi, corn in chinese), where are you? nI didnt correct him at first because I thought he was just making fun of my name. nAfter many many times, I finally asked him to stop teasing me. And he was surprised and said no he had no intentions of teasing me and he seriously thought that my name was Yu Mi in Chinese instead of Yumi in Japanese. LOL. nSo after this incident, everyone in the same department started calling me Yu Mi and Corn. Hahah! nnI think the way I put it sounds boring. But every time I think about it, it’s quite funny. LOL. Just wanted to share, hahah!

my nephew is 1.5 years old now and he is starting to be able to greet his parents and grandparents – calling them ‘daddy’, ‘mummy’, ‘yeh yeh’, ‘mah mah’ (granddad and granma in cantonese).. so I am positive that I should be able to teach him how to greet me too – he was supposed to call me ‘gu gu’ (aunt).. and so i repeated to him again and again: call ‘gu gu’ (aunty in mandarin)… but due to his inaccurate pronunciation he ended up calling me: ‘zhu zhu’ (pig in mandarin)… FML @_@nand my whole family ended up ROFL…
