Ok la since today I so good mood do hair already might as well blog ^^
Super happy every time I talk about hair one. ^^
Anyway, I’d been getting a bit tired of my extensions. Love-hate relationship actually.
On one hand, when I actually take the time to style it, it looks freaking pretty please.
And it looks reddish here because it is!
This was the original color wtf.
But the pink/orange faded away and my hair turned back blond but my extensions remained reddish so I got unintentional ombre wtf.
But if not styled or in humid weather, it straightens out and I invariably look like pontianak *sage nod
Here’s a list of pros and cons of having extensions for those considering it.
Pros:
1) LOOK FREAKING PRETTY
2) Don’t have to wait for your hair to grow long to have FREAKING PRETTY HAIR
3) Can use extensions to disguise real hair while it grows out of its awkward length past your shoulders (which is what I did)
4) Solution to thin hair (which is also what I did fml)
5) LOOK FREAKING PRETTY. I think it counts for two points
Cons:
1) More maintenance issues naturally, although nothing unbearable. Just have to be more careful while washing your hair or scratching your head wtf.
2) May be a bit uncomfortable sleeping when you first put them on because the strands will be tighter against your scalp and more prone to being tugged. After a few days it’s okay though.
3) May be prone to split ends and dryness because it is after all, dead hair i.e. hair that’s not growing. But people with long hair struggle with these problems anyway. Nothing that can’t be solved with good conditioners and serums.
4) Dry hair seems to lead to tangles (for me at least) so you also need to be more careful when combing your hair, especially when wet. But again, nothing a conditioner can’t fix.
5) May add stress to your scalp because of the extra weight but with 76style’s high tech tape extensions, it was much better than when I had the kinds that were braided in to my hair.
Anyway I’ve had extensions since last December so it was about time I had them removed! I was perfectly fine with all the issues above, but 10 months of them got a bit tiring. Plus my own hair had grown to nearly the same length as the extensions already so it’s not like I really needed them anymore. The only reason why I kept the extensions on the past few months was cos of the wedding, and I still liked the volume it added to my hair.
But recently I thought I’d like a shorter cut. I already told Hikky that I wanted to take off my extensions after wedding some more.
So off to 76style! Btw Hikky is now at the Mont Kiara branch so if you want her, you know where to look.
This is not Hkky obviously wtf. But I posted this picture on Instagram and a lot of girls said he’s cute why you all so hamsap lolol. I showed him the comments then he mumbled something and kept quiet wtf.
Doing their famous ultra sonic treatment! Haven’t done this in a while because every time I go I’m in a rush and as it is, it takes a lot of time to put on the extensions. So today my hair got pampered <3
In addition to a cut and color.
Final result! I went back to ash cos I think it suits me the best leh! Pink/orange was pretty but I think I looked jaundiced wtf and people were too polite to tell me wtf.
If you want my color, it’s called lavender ash.
And there’s a bit of color gradient, if you notice. The bottom is grey wtf which sounds grosser than it really is I swear hahahaha. It’s supposed to fade off and be ashy-silvery (which also sounds like I’m aging prematurely hahahaah) so fingers crossed!
Oh ya I had to bleach the ends 3 times D: It still looks okay… *inspects ends
Actually she was my inspiration wtf. This is Yuria Kushido, producer of Gyda. I kept seeing her here and there but didn’t know who she was and I told Cheesie then only found out she’s Gyda’s producer!
I love her face leh! She’s the only person whose thick lips I like. I don’t mind injecting collagen if I can look like her :X
But I don’t think my hair can ever achieve the sexy side flip thing T_T This is what you get with super fine and flat hair thanks mum wtf.
I’ve recently been obsessed with the hair flip thing and asked Hikky multiple times if she thinks I can pull it off. She’d hesitate and smile and say can pull off, but whether your hair can pull off or not is another issue fml. Sigh I will never be sexy wtf.

We’ve only been back from the States for a week so these are just some things I’ve been up to.
Nothing much. JUST HAVING THE SHITTIEST STREAK OF LUCK OF MY LIFE THAT’S ALL.
Couple of stories to share to boost your sense of schadenfreude.
The other day I was having dinner with Fatty and Nuffies Rina, Mimi, Lilian, Angie and Esther at Marutama in Fahrenheit, only my favorite restaurant ever.
The waitress managed to knock over my entire cup of hot tea into my lap T__________T
I shrieked and jumped up but somehow my chair was blocked from the back and I could only freeze there (not literally wtf) while hot tea gushed down my legs T______T
I was so angry and upset because the staff were quite incompetent leh! There were tears in my eyes cos of the pain wtf and the waitress rushed over with a cloth to try to wipe one of my legs while in her other hand she held the metal pot of tea dangerously close to my other leg WTF where can like that!!!!
Then one of the other staff, I think the manager or one of the chefs or something tried to get me to apply tea tree oil on my legs wtf. I didn’t think tea tree oil would work because I use it for pimples wtf so I told her I don’t think it can work. But she insisted saying it was Chinese medicine I stared at the bottle there was nothing Chinese about it!?!?
(although I just googled – yea tea tree oil is supposed to be good for minor burns wtf)
Then they gave me an ice pack and left me alone while I wiped myself and put ice on my thighs wtf and applied burn medicine Angie and Mimi rushed out to buy for me.
And that was it. No compensation or offer to cover our meal or anything.
I acknowledge that it was a genuine while incompetent mistake. But at that point, especially cos I didn’t know about the tea tree oil, I felt they could have done more to make me feel better lo. Seriously a move to give us a free meal or something to show your regret this happened? Or even if the person in charge there (manager, chef whatever) to come out and say sorry? But nothing. The lady only tried to scold me into using the tea tree oil wtf.
I think I’ve met the owner who’s Japanese before and I doubt as the owner he’d let this happen on his watch lo! Someone show this post to him please.
Incident number 2 was this:

I was at the airport last Friday and I saw this man walking toward me wheeling a trolley full of suitcases. I made a slight detour to avoid getting into his path and kept walking.
I was looking the other way when suddenly…. the fucking idiot rammed his trolley right into me, rolling over my toe and ripping half my toenail off. T________T
Some more his inertia kept him rolling and didnt even stop until his fucking shoulder hit MY shoulder.
People like this should be locked up at home!!!!!!!!!!
Worst part is, when his shoulder hit me only he realized he actually hit me WTF. Because the entire time he was walking, his head was turned 90 degrees to the side while he checked out duty free store displays.
And he had the gall to look at me all surprised like where did I come from and irritated that I bumped into him WTFFFF OAIEAELJEALJALGAQLQA
I wanted to shout “ARE YOU FUCKING BLIND” but the pain ensured that I whined in a teary voice instead “you blind ahhhhh” while shoving the asshole off my foot.
I think he walked away affronted like he’s the victim for getting pushed some more. Fucking menace to society!!!!
Wrapped the damn toe up in a Sleeping Beauty bandaid (pain and cuteness are not mutually exclusive wtf) and suffered the entire weekend in Tokyo.
Yes I was there but only for a weekend to meet #addiction for work related stuff!! Shortest trip ever D:
Oh yea and there Cheesie stepped on my injured foot also lol fml.
Both outfits from EMODA! Including the Addiction shirts so apt right! The shoes Cheesie’s wearing was also EMODA and something she helped me buy earlier but thanks to Dangerous Idiot With Trolley I couldn’t wear closed toe shoes. 
Later only we reveal why we were in Tokyo… but it has to do with this!

Got it at a random shop selling cute stuff at San Jose btw. Some rabid person threw a fit on Formspring and called me selfish because I didn’t answer her question on where I got this fast enough -_____- so there you go! Go and buy it! Hope your car smell makes you spasm!

That’s the artsy fartsy answer. The truth is I just like the color of the door and I have a soft spot for senior citizens.
Again I like things with lots of color.
This picture just makes me happy cos I love it when I see groups of singing people. And I like it cos while it’s edited to look a bit surreal, the people in the picture are so ordinary. Like you can imagine someone you know in there. I think it’s lovely.
I studied Asian history so obviously this picture speaks to me hahaha.

So we’ve been married a month now.
Strangely, it feels like the wedding was so long ago! Like in a past life wtf. I guess it’s partly because a lot of things happened since then, chief of which was our honeymoon, but at the same time like any other married couple, there’s been a lot of things that needed getting used to. Here’s a list of ’em.
1. Referring to each other as ‘my husband’ and ‘my wife’
Probably the most obvious of the lot. Just last week, at a Forever21 in Vegas, I told the cashier that ‘my boyfriend is walking around the mall while waiting for me’ before realizing my mistake and wondering if I should correct myself. And Fatty is worse! He refers to me as ‘my girlfriend’ all the time so it’s become a routine that the other person would say in response, “your girlfriend? So fast?” hahaha.
Super difficult to remember leh! Some more in the beginning it was worse, every time I actually remembered to say ‘my husband’ it would stick in my throat cos it sounds so presumpteous! Like when I was twelve and I said Nick Carter is my husband like that hahahaha. Besides, husband is a word my mother uses, not me. Lolol. But it’s getting better.
In the past few days I noticed Fatty’s been saying ‘wife’ rightly though so he also deserves an award!
edit: *grabs back award. Fatty just called me girlfriend again wtf.
2. Wearing the ring
The problem is not mine.
I just popped it on my left finger like so and leave it on forever…
…although I’ve been thinking of taking off the engagement ring and just wearing the wedding band.
But this Fatty cannot get used to it >:( He takes it off every time he showers or before he goes to sleep so confirm when he wakes up half the time he’ll forget and go to work leaving it on his nightside table >:(
He forgot it totally when we went to the US so he was ringless for three weeks *chagrin
I threatened to tattoo a ring on his finger.
He’s remembered it three days straight since we got back though so this is a good sign wtf.
3. Calling parents
Besides referring to each other, next step is how to refer to parents. This is much worse than calling each other husband and wife.
If you think saying husband/wife is presumptuous, this is two hundred and forty times more buay pai seh.
You’ve been only calling two people ‘mummy’ and ‘daddy’ your entire life but now you have to call a new set of parents that too! Deep inside, I’m shrieking ‘are you sure they are okay with you calling them mom and dad’ even though rationally I know they expect me to. Makes sense or not!?
Anyway Fatty and I have gotten jokingly scolded by both sets of parents for slipping into ‘uncle’ and ‘auntie’ FOL. But yesterday I remembered when Fatty’s mom was on the phone and happily sang out ‘HI MOM’ and she was pleased wtf.
4. Ticking Married on forms instead of Single
This one is not such a big difference but now every time I fill out forms and have to state my marital status, I just snigger a bit to myself, like look at you marking married here wtf.
On that same note, we’ve also started joint bank accounts and got supplementary credit cards which also feels a bit weird because it means there’s someone stalking my money habits ahhhhhhhhhhh!!! Not that I spend like crazy (although I have my moments wtf) but I’m super unalert and forever cannot remember how much money I have or what expenses I’ve incurred so this is forcing me to step up a bit.
5. Feeling like his house is my house
I was already staying with him before we got married so it’s not like WAH MARRIED ALREADY TIME TO PACK AND MOVE IN HELLO I AM DAI SOU but it’s caused me to feel like this is my house too more than before hahaha. Like I feel slightly more responsible for the contents of the fridge and the nagging feeling that I need to be neater hahaha. Still working on it ok.
I also feel like doing up the space to how I like it but it’s already pretty nice so I don’t know what I’m allowed to change… Look forward to decorating posts maybe?
6. Being a team
I think this is subtle but actually the deepest change. I don’t mean to act all high and mighty and know-it-all but to all the questions on formspring about how we maintain our relationship?
It’s about being a team.
Whatever happens to one of us, the other has to face it as well. it’s not you against him or you complaining about why he doesn’t put down the toilet seat. It’s facing the world and all your problems as one *emotional music plays
So whoever insults Fatty, say it to my fist wtf. And of course when something good happens to him, I’ll be the happiest! And vice versa of course. I hope. Kidding la hahahah.
I’m definitely feeling it more after the wedding, but even up to the engagement and after it was always there. Being married is not the end of the story; it’s the start leh. And signing that paper has reinforced the feeling that whatever happens henceforth, we’re in it together, and together for the long haul.
It feels pretty cool 🙂
A few weeks ago, I was instagram-ming mysteriously about a beach trip.
It is actually for a product launch for Johnson’s Body Care Oxygen Fresh at a place called Gem Island! This place is called Gem Island! I’ve never heard of it, only for this trip.
It’s a tiny island located off the coast of Terengganu. It’s so tiny that you can walk the entire island in twenty minutes. And there’s only one beach resort on it.
It’s also incredibly gorgeous.

And lotsa baby turtles. Possibly the best part of the trip for me <3 There was a turtle conservation program going on on Gem Island where baby turtles were reared in a pool until they were old enough to be released into the sea. We got to witness the baby turtles being released onto the beach and scuttle off to the water <3 But scarily, there were already eagles flying low around us waiting to eat the baby turtles :X

My roommate for the trip! Her name is Fida and I think she’s a pretty popular Malaysian actress. Sorry I very dungu when it comes to local celebrities >.> She was very friendly and talkative. Quite fun and eye-opening rooming with her cos she showed me different ways to tie her head scarf wtf. Sorry ah very unexposed my Malay friends all don’t wear head scarves. And we spent hours sharing and comparing the blogging world and the local showbiz scene wtf.
Liyana Fizi was also there! I was a bit starstruck when I met her cos I don’t really keep track of artists especially local celebrities but I’ve heard of her! So she must be very famous lolol. She was the sweetest girl, no diva attitude at all. Actually she was the friendliest person on the trip if the trip was a beauty pageant I think she win Miss Congeniality wtf.
They picked a bunch of bloggers and local celebrities to go on this special trip. I think they brought us to the ocean to prove a point because Oxygen Fresh contains natural minerals and aqua moisture essence from the blue depths of ocean wanna show Oxygen Fresh fresh and hydrating as the sea hahaha.

So here’s my turn to review it!!!

Now I’m all about body lotions. Especially cos my skin is very prone to dryness. After I shower every night I sure apply body lotion wan cos I sleep and stay in aircon environments nearly 24 hours a day. Aircon is damn bad for your skin! I think I started when I was in the US and faced the awful harsh winters and my leg skin became all scaly I thought I became a snake wtf.
Anyway most lotions are usually quite heavy and sticky. I got used to it because lotions are supposed to be like that but when I first started applying I used to hate the feeling of a heavy residue on my skin.
But this one is very different!
Like its name, it’s a gel rather than a cream like most other lotions, so it’s a bit more watery.
And like water, when you spread it over your skin, it absorbs very easily into your skin.
I tested it out during the trip and usually if I’m at the beach I don’t bother with body lotion cos the proximity to the sea makes everything humid and sticky and it’s damn uncomfortable if you apply lotion some more. But not with Oxygen Fresh! No sticky residue wan even after applying it in humid conditions.
If you don’t like sticky heavy lotions then can try this out ah. But remember, must use lotion on a daily basis! I apply it after every shower.
The coolest thing is, like water, Oxygen Fresh is actually ‘cooling’. As it absorbs in, it leaves you feeling like you just pat water on your skin then put it under a fan. Very refreshing one! I don’t know how they did it actually but it’s great for our hot weather.
Use this before you leave the house and you can probably stand the heat better hahaha.
It’s fragrant too! It smells a bit sweet but very cool and light at the same time.

Finally getting down to blogging about our wedding reception!
But first wanted to post some photos I missed from the tea ceremony.

This was part of the guest registration table! My planner (also named) Audrey, from Focal Concepts had the idea of blowing up a photo of us, and getting guests to place their thumbprints in colored ink on the sky of the photo so it’d look like hundreds of balloons above us.
Then she rolled it up and presented it to us as yet another memento of the day 😀

This is our photo area!!! It’s modeled to look like Carl and Ellie’s living room in Up! The chairs especially damn accurate right! Planner did an awesome job of getting these chairs and reupholstering them.
Sadly, not many people realized it was for photos T_______T Ah mas and aunties took over the area and sat there for ages chatting with their friends waste our money doing it up T___________T
So if you’re ever getting married and doing a photo corner that look like it might get mistaken for a resting spot, be sure to put up signs T___T

I saw a blackboard showing directions to a wedding on Pinterest so I got Audrey to incorporate it into our scheme :3
On one side of the entrance to the hall was the blackboard. On the other side of the door was a miniature floating house!!! 😀
I think this was the masterpiece of the entire reception hahahah.
Audrey got someone to create an entire replica of the Up house out of styrofoam. And then they structured a miniature garden below it to match, complete with dark brown area which is where the house was supposed to stand hahahaha.
The house was held up with….. real balloons.
So yes, the house was really floating!!!! Is my planner awesome or what!?
She didn’t forget the little details either. Tiny mailbox.
And a Tim + Aud sign on the house.
Bobo, Wendy, Suet and Ringo! Bridesmaids sat at the guest registration table the entire time to help out, get people seated and collect angbaos.

I didn’t want a traditionally romantic or glamorous wedding because that’s for other people not us lolol. So actually I don’t think anything here looks expensive or too classy compared to other weddings.
I scoured Pinterest for ideas and I thought an outdoor wedding would be awesome! I don’t know man outdoor weddings always look ten times prettier to me, plus Up is pretty much set outside most of the movie. So we did that!
Audrey rigged big multi-colored paper lanterns down the walkway to the center of the room up to a whole mass of lanterns. And she interspered with fairy lights.
I couldn’t take my eyes off the lanterns most of the night!!

We also rigged sheer draping from the center of the room to the corners and hung them up with helium balloons. Also an idea from Pinterest hehe.
Door gifts! A jar of honey each for the guests covered in checked fabric and tied with twine. And the little candle lights were a small touch from Audrey that I didn’t know about! She printed out our pictures on translucent paper and inserted it into the candle holders so it looked like the sun was shining behind us 😀

So guests were all coming in. And Fatty was busy mingling with everyone! Good to be groom.
Cos I had to hide in a toilet WTF. To make maximum impact or something, Audrey had me keep out of sight. I was with Angela so it made it better but still super unglam ok hahahahah.
Because ours wasn’t a hotel but a convention center, the bridal suite happened to be quite far from the hall so I had to wait in the toilet for my cue to come out D:

It’s so important to have a wedding planner who not only understands how important your wedding is to you but totally understands what you want and know how to build on to it. Audrey was one such planner.
Wedding Dress Designer – My wedding dress which Fatty thinks is the most beautiful of all dresses and I agree was done by Gilbert. You can check out his site Weddinspired here.
Wedding Photographer – Wayne from Mocco.my. Wayne and his crew were awesome and I think he managed to capture the emotions of our wedding so well. There are so many other pictures but I can’t post them all. He’s great.

Pre-Wedding Photo Shoot – One Way Ticket was the company we used. They’re new and I heard we’re one of the first couples they did. We didn’t want to go for the tried and true and famous photographers. We wanted to go for the rebels… the new kid on the block that would be passionate about doing a quirky shoot. This is the first time we’ve gone on holiday and not brought a proper camera out with us! Actually I did bring my camera, but it stayed in my suitcase the entire time too heavy to bring out T_T And the iphone proved adequate plus got photo editing apps so all’s good with it ^^
They say Vegas is the adults’ Disneyland and I used to think sure boh got so fun or not because I don’t really like gambling ok and I love Mickey Mouse wtf but after being here a few days I have to agree!
It’s not so much about gambling, or shopping or whatever, but essentially, reality is suspended here. Everything here is so outrageous and in your face that that nothing seems real and we’re all just here to have fun and putting off our real lives lolol.

A reader, Rachel, emailed me and asked to meet up in Vegas because her boyfriend Anthony wanted to meet the meme proposal couple hahahaa.
I never met readers before besides in the US this time because dunno it’s like how often am I here!? So we met up with them and they turned out to be awesome people 😀 😀 Happily all of us clicked and so we spent nearly our entire trip together hahaha. In Vegas, the more the merrier!

This was at a Wolfgang Puck restaurant whom I’ve never heard of but Fatty says apparently he’s some famous chef/restaurant guy?
The Stratosphere! Tallest building in Vegas and they have this thrill ride where you get to go all the way to the top and jump off it D: Anthony wanted to go on it so we went to have a look.
It’s a controlled fall, as in the rope holding you will lower you so it’s not as bad as free-falling screaming all the way down but still! In the end Anthony chickened out hahaha. Actually all of us chickened out. When we were in the cab nearby and I saw it, my legs felt weak already I think if they forced me on I might have killed someone wtf.
Also went to the aquarium at Mandalay Bay. This fish is the dumbest looking fish I’ve ever seen hahaha.

Beatles Love Cirque Du Soleil T____________________T
I nearly orgasmed when I saw the ad for this HAHAHAHA.
Beatles is my most most mostest favorite band ever T__________T So this was a Cirque Du Soleil performance set to Beatles music and recordings of the members’ talking.
I sat on the edge of my seat the entire time and I was so happy I thought my heart would burst wtf.
Unfortunately I was the only one who thought so wtf. Fatty didn’t know most of the songs and Rachel and Anthony were expecting like Chinese acrobatics so they were disappointed aih.
I felt that way the first time we watched Cirque Du Soleil also! But after you get over the expectation that they will do magical acrobatics and accept that the show is not just about that but the costumes, music and dancing as well it’s very nice.

Ice cream at a place called Ice Pan. They make the icecream in front of you. They take like prepared liquid shakes and pour it on the circular pan and it literally freezes within seconds 😀
Also, the Korean guy working here is fucking cute WTF. Some more arms and shoulders all toned from making icecream hahahaha. I forgot myself and stood in front ogling him while time stood still wtf. Then Rachel came up behind me and said “isn’t he so pretty!?” and both of us stood there and stared at him hahahahaha.
I think the most he could be is 18 though am I a pedophile if I look like a kid myself? Lolol.

Best purchase of the day was the Converse sneakers! I’ve loved Converse since I was a kid and I have multiple pairs of pink so this is a black pair for a change god Xiaxue is gonna hate me wtf. Actually cos it’s easier to match with certain things. Plus won’t get dirty so fast all my pink pairs are now grey fts.
The best part was that I could get kid’s size T_____T Size 2 some more wtf. Which was like 40% cheaper than the adult version HAHAHA take that, normal sized people!

Hello from San Fransisco!
We’re calling it our ‘pre-honeymoon’ only because it’s the first trip we’re taking after the wedding 😀 So technically it should be a honeymoon but Fatty is actually here for work and I’m just tagging along so he doesn’t wanna count it as a honeymoon.
Why we’re here is because Fatty is starting an office in Silicon Valley. I’m not allowed to say what it is yet, but it is related to blogging although it’s not entirely under Nuffnang!
A bit nervous for him though cos he hasn’t done anything like this before and it’s a very big risk he’s taking. :X Hope it goes well *crosses fingers, arms, toes, legs wtf
So because of his work, most of our time here has actually been spent in San Jose, Mountain View, Sunnyvale and everywhere except San Fran wtf. Which is a pain cos our hotel is in SF so most of our time is spent driving up to Sunnyvale and Mountain View.
To get around, we rented a car.
To disasterous consequences wtf.
Americans are left hand drive and drive on the right side of the street which is opposite from us! Fatty was so not used to it he kept wanting to steer the car back to the left WTF.
We rented the car from the airport and when we were driving out of the parking lot, he hit a pillar HAHAHAHAHAH.
The right hand side mirror fell off HAHAHAHAHA T_____T
We had to shamefacedly go back to the rental counter and tell them we crashed their car hahahahahaha. Literally five minutes after we left FTL.
Luckily we bought insurance so they just gave us a new car hahaha.
Then on the first two days Fatty ended up on the wrong side of the road and we found ourselves facing honking truck drivers FOL we nearly died in a foreign country lolol.
Thankfully he got the hang of it… or else I wouldn’t be here typing this wtf.
So here are some pictures of our non-SF SF trip lol. It’s quite interesting actually! I’ve been to San Fran three times before and Fatty twice I think so it wasn’t absolutely necessary that we explore SF. Cos done before already. It was a good chance for us to explore the Bay area besides SF!
Also, SF is colder than I expected. I forgot about the wind T____T
Already I bought jeans and cardigan to get me through the days but not enough. SF, what else do you want from me *bitter wtf
And the other areas (not so close to the ocean) are a lot warmer! So I was totally happy to get out of SF hahaha.

This was the bench that Walt Disney used to sit on while waiting for his daughters to finish on the merry go round. Apparently he had to wait for them very often and it was there on that bench that he conceptualized the idea for Disneyland.

Went to an ice cream place called Birite for Fatty to have his ice cream fix. He said if we lived in SF he’d go there everyday. I guess that’s his version of a Michelin star lol.
I hope it was worth the $70 ticket we got for parking illegally to get ice cream WTF. In our defense we thought can park there because EVERYONE was parking down the entire street for ice cream! Manatau everyone else also got ticketed wtf solidarity in numbers hahaha.

A few weeks ago, Cheesie and I were invited to a KOSÉ event at Midvalley.
I was quite excited because I’ve heard so many good things about KOSÉ, especially their Sekkisei range! I used to idolize KOSÉ hahaha and my first eyeliner was from KOSÉ just because the ambassador was NAMIE AMURO lolol.
I always wanted to try Sekkisei products but when I was still studying, I was too poor to afford it T_T Then after I started working I never got around to trying it.
And now I’m working with KOSÉ *big shiny eyes
The event is for the Save the Blue project.
It’s part of KOSÉ ‘s efforts to give back to the environment. Sekkisei is known for giving you beautiful snow white transulcent skin (which is why I always wanted to try it wtf) and is made of natural elements, so to give back to nature, the Save the Blue project is about protecting the world’s coral reef population.
And being a Japanese brand, they’re starting with the coral reefs in Okinawa!
I’ve always wanted to go to Okinawa! Tried packing myself into Cheesie’s suit case when she went but my elbow stuck out wtf.
Okinawa is known for its beaches, the ocean and coral reefs so it’s a good place to start. Especially because the coral reef population there is being reduced at a horrific pace of every ten minutes D:

He spoke about the importance of coral reefs (natural habitat for many sea creatures, important source of oxygen, and for making your diving trip spectacular ok very important) and efforts to conserve. For Malaysia, KOSÉ’s efforts will be directed to the corals in Pulau Tioman!

Most facial sunblocks (especially from Japanese brands) tend to be watery/oily yet powdery. You know what I mean or not! This is no different but when I applied it, it absorbed very well with no sticky or dusty feeling left behind 😀 Perfect to put on before your foundation or powder 😀
